Your words can be more healing than any kind of medicine. They can be more toxic than any kind of poison. They can ease a mind of its nagging questions. They can relieve a heart from its doubts. The can free a heart from the chains that keep it holding on and that make it fear letting go. They can spring hope into a deserted heart. They can shatter a soul barely holding on to the pieces that make it strong. They can be a shelter for the broke and a canon of motivation for those who need confidence. They can also build mountains of confidence and build stairs to those dreams that hide above the clouds. They can dig holes into the darkest and deepest of scars. They can strike happiness into the souls in most need of it, and they can strike sadness into the souls of those most far away from it.
Words are so powerful .. so make sure you use them wisely. As a matter of fact, focus more on using them towards uplifting others and yourself. Remember, the words you speak eventually become the house you live in. Speak positivity into the atmosphere on a daily basis and watch how things around you begin to change .. including your own personal mood. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog today! Sending lots of love and positive vibes your way from my side of the world !! XOXO.

Oh my goodness Jessica, I am SO GLAD to have you back! I have missed you so much!!! You really couldn’t be more right, our words can be very powerful. Any negative words the leave our mouths, you can’t take them back or delete the hurt they can cause. It is best to think about what we say before we even say them. Even in a heated discussion, I do my best to watch what I say. Considering I tend to have a hot temper with the Italian, Irish and Spanish tendencies, I have to try hard sometimes, especially with HOT arguments with my mother!

Thanks beautiful girl 💜it’s been a challenge to be back because I’ve still been crazy busy but it still feels really good!! Being able to encourage other people helps me keep myself encouraged.
& I feel you on the whole temper thing! I have to pay attention to what leaves my mouth when I’m mad because when I get mad …. I GET MAD & I can be really mean. So I have to be really careful with that because words can be very damaging too.

You are more than welcome sweetie!! I am a lot like you in the sense when I get mad I tend to get mean. As I have gotten older, I try my best to control my HOT TEMPER. Sometimes it works and others it isn’t possible. I have been having too many heated conversations with my mother. Now she is trying to make my move all about her and that is frustrating. I am only moving 2 hours away and she is making it sound like she will never see me again. She is one of the most narcissistic and manipulative people in the world.

Gotta work on that temper sis !! ❤️ The older I get , the calmer I’ve learned to be. As for your mom … maybe she’s just stressed about it because she’s gonna miss you ? I have to be honest .. I’m not very close with my mom at all. I’ve learned to just keep my distance and pray for her. She disturbs my peace entirely too much.

I have done much better with my hot temper as I got older. My issue now is I bottle up all my feelings until I explode, which really never happens. My feeling explode, but it stays bottled up if that makes any sense. My mother has a good heart, but she is also a little off her rocker. She plays the victim perfectly. I really just want a little distance from her as all she brings to my life is negativity never allowing peace.

I understand. I have ONE person that I vent to when it comes to my family & that is my Husband. Sometimes, not even that helps me release all of my emotions because I keep my bottled

My husband is definitely the person I talk to most, but he doesn’t care for my mother at all. The reasons he doesn’t care for her is because of all the hardships she has caused me over the years. I do prefer to bottle up my feelings because then I do not say anything too harsh towards anyone else.

Words are powerful.
God created the world with the power of words
Example “let there be light, and there was light”
One thing thing words don’t have the power to do is to raise someone from the dead so always be careful what you say to people

Hey Jessy!! Hope you are doing well. You have always inspired us with your posts. And today, we really need a favour from you. Actually we are doing a survey which is a part of our presentation which can help us improve the condition of tourism in lesser developed states of India. If you feel proper, then reply with your decision because due to restricted contacts it’s quite difficult for us to reach our target people. Once you find it correct to help us, we will send you the questions included in our survey.
With lots of love,
Mistella😊
