Not Everyone Can Go To The Next Level With You. Be Able To Accept That.

It is so important to leave people in the season that God intended for them to be a part of. Seasons naturally change in our lives just like the weather and it’s inevitable. Have you ever tried to put a fallen leaf back on the tree it fell from? It is impossible to reconnect and reobtain growth. Same way with people who no longer serve purpose in our lives and I promise if you ask God to show you who needs to fall, He will. I was just saying this yesterday and I’m going to say it again today .. Not everyone can go to the next level with you. When God is taking you to that next level, there’s NOT going to be room for everyone on that journey. Be able to accept that. Not everyone can always enter the space you’re called to. Be OK with that and go anyways! Love from a distance when it becomes necessary and transition into your new season.

This post was inspired by a beautiful heart, Montana Danielle as well as when I was going through my own season of learning to love people from a distance or just simply learning to love them where they were.

  1. How true!!
Everybody has a part to play in our life’s journey.
We need to be bitter and sad and let them move on.
and be happy if we meet them again.
Life is too short for grudges and everybody is fighting a battle on their own. Be kind and nice.

  2. I have grown to feel comfortable in my individuality.
I see now how we each are an island.
No two islands may occupy the same space in the sea.
    Visitors may come and go.
Volcanoes form mountains, the storms of the sea erode cliffs and beaches.
    Through time my island changes.
All the while, I am surrounded by Mother Sea, and her vibrant, fertile waters.
I am cradled and caressed always. Day and night, through storms and fair weather, I am never truly alone, even when I am by myself.
Ships sail, birds flock, clouds pass.
I am in paradise, and singing.
Until the sea washes me away.

    Seek peace,

  3. I learnt this the hard way, I was so sad at this point, I almost fell into depression. Became a loner and all. But thank God that phase is gone, my circle is small and thriving, Spirit-filled encouraging friends!

    1. Sometimes it’s not always easy to disconnect from certain people and I’ve learned over time that when you try to hang on anyways, you and up hurting yourself more. Girl, my circle is small too and I’m okay with that! The smaller , the better , less drama. I’m cool with having just a few genuine people in my corner πŸ’›

  4. Sadly this is so true. Sometimes we just need to accept that not everyone that is in our lives are meant to be in it. Some tend to hold us back from our full potential and we grow much further when we let them go! This has happen all too many times throughout my life and I can honestly say I am better without those that were not growing with me.

  5. Hi Paul,You will find most attractions and stores remain open for Chinese New Year, as this is the peak tourist season for Singapore. You will have no trouble getting a taxi, the MRT will also run as normal to and from the airport. Stores are also open on Sundays. Regards, Jess

  6. This is some insightful and so true. I was stuck in a relationship too long when God was really wanting me to move on but I was fighting him on it. And boy did the relationship spiral. I am now free of that relationship and I’ve been able to grow so much more in Gods word and my walk with Him. I’d like to invite you to my blog as I am a new writer and I write about God and recovery. Thank you!
