There’s a BLESSING in the Breakup!

My heartaches a little bit today for people who are in toxic relationships that are struggling with the decision to get out of it and some who are no longer in the relationship but having a hard time with the healing process of it. Here’s some real words of love & encouragement for you today! I hope this helps!!💖💛

“Stop thinking about how they will feel. No decision will pay off more than leaving behind the person that was causing you pain. No decision will pay off more than a made up mind that says no more. No decision will pay off more than the one that chooses to no longer entertain the phone calls and the random texts and sorries. YOU DESERVE MORE. So when the real breakup happened in your heart and in your mind, your BLESSING was formed. Now you can feel free. FREE from someone else’s thoughts because hurt people hurt people. Free from having the hope that no matter what they did their words are there to comfort you after they just hurt you. YOU DESERVE BETTER. THE BREAKUP IS A BLESSING. The truth was in the decision. Doesn’t matter who made the decision because if you are FINALLY SAYING NO MORE then you have decided for no one but you. No one said the decision is easy but the blessing that came with the decision makes it all worth it.. The blessing is self love, confidence, real love, opportunities, things finally going right because you knew with them things weren’t working out in other aspects of your life. The blessing is now you gravitating at a much quicker pace to what belongs to you because you are FREE from the negativity and hurt from others. It’s okay to be FREE. YOU DESERVE THIS BLESSING. IT IS YOURS! THIS DECISION HAS PAID OFF. The decision wasn’t easy but it’s your time to heal from this breakup. The decision is paying off. It’s your time to reclaim your peace.” –Tatiana Jerome!

Take all the time you need to heal emotionally. Moving on doesn’t take a day. It takes a lot of little steps to be able to break free .. one day at a time! Love you!💖💛

  1. Indeed some* breakups open doors to new blessings because the person has decided to live a life they deserve so the ‘universe’ (law of attraction) give them what they deserve.
    Great post!😊♥️🌺

  2. Nice one Jessica!
I remember the quote I read before, “If that’s what it takes for You to lead me this far. Lord, go ahead and break my heart.” It is like you’ve been saved from the wrong person sometimes.
Thank you Jessica for sharing this. It helps a lot. ❤ 🙂

  3. So beautiful and encouraging for many who are struggling! I use to work with domestic and sexual violence victims. This post makes me think of them. Some were struggling to leave and some had left already struggling not to go back into that cycle. I wish I had the opportunity to share some of your words with them. 💖💖 keep doing great things. Sending love and positive vibes!

  4. I have gone through so many toxic relationships (mostly friends, but one was romantic) that absolutely tore me apart – especially when I began distancing myself from them, only to have them apologize and THEN get their act together?? I hate it because I would’ve enjoyed being friends with someone who cared for me like they did at the end of our time knowing each other! People are so disappointing, which is why it’s crucial that we rely on the Lord for our constant companionship. ❤ The quote you shared that said, “Hurt people hurt people,” is absolutely right! It’s hard to leave behind friends you’d love to get along with, but I’ve had to see that old ‘friends’ didn’t care for me as I hoped they would, which is why I had to step away. Thank you for sharing this motivational post today, Jessica! May the Lord bless you! ❤ ❤ ❤

    1. Hey Maggie!!❤
I understand and I can totally relate. I’ve had my share of both toxic friendships and relationships. I would have to say the relationship with my oldest son’s father was the worst. That was a relationship filled with a lot of mental and physical abuse, a lot of cheating and lying.. it was just hurtful. “TOXIC” is a understatement!! It took a lot of prayer and courage to finally leave him. The healing process wasn’t easy but it was all worth it! Now I can look back and appreciate the experience and growth I got from it. Hurt people really do hurt people!
Thanks for reading!! 😘 I hope you have wonderful day love!!

  6. Every breakup or heartache is the peeling of a layer in your life that is unnecessary any more. That is why it hurts. Peeling off anything has a little pain to it, but once your new layer is revealed, you are shinier and prettier. 💕

  7. Yes love it and can relate so much. It hurts until you realize that you are better off. The blessing is learning how to learn yourself, and unlearn the toxic habits you have as well (as I don’t believe there’s an abuser and victim since both people are toxic one way or another). Keep on spreading that knowledge!
