Just In Case You’re Fighting Depression Today..

I know you may be feeling down today but never forget how far you’ve come. Remember everything you’ve gotten you through. All the times you have pushed on even when you felt like you couldn’t. All the mornings you got out of bed no matter how hard it was. You got up, got dressed and showed up anyway! Think back to all the times you wanted to give up but God brought you through another day!! Never forget how much strength you’ve gained and developed through every storm you’ve faced. If you think you have fallen through the cracks and feel like you’re living in a shadow, don’t worry because God’s grace and blessings reach there too. Yes, God’s grace and mercy is sufficient  enough to reach in some of the lowest places.. believe me, I know. Whoever you are, wherever you are.. I pray blessings of peace over your life today. I pray that God strengthens your mind. Today is not a tough day. Today is a blessed day and regardless of what’s going on.. always smile & give thanks! Sometimes, what you go through is not always for your benefit. I truly believe that sometimes God assigns certain mountains in our lives to show other people that those mountains can indeed be moved. Those that you often seek to help are watching you and how you handle certain circumstances.. so when it’s their turn, they’ll know what to do! It may not feel like you’re making progress but believe me, you are. That’s why they’re watching. Keep going. Keep pushing. Keep fighting & Keep praying! Better days are ahead.
